Shipping + Return Policy 

Shipping 

  • All orders with a $150 pretax total and more receive free shipping. 
  • Flat rates of $8.95 are applied otherwise. Expedited shipping will be available soon.
  • We process orders daily. Please allow 3-4 Business days for shipping to occur.  Some of our warehouses will ship in 5-7 business days.
  • You will receive an email once your items is packed. Then you will receive an email with your shipping/tracking information. We are unable to provide shipping information to you prior to your item shipping. 
  • We are not responsible for any delays from any shipping source once the item(s) leave our facility. 

Returns

We hope you enjoy all of your purchases from Shea Rock! We know sometimes things just don't work out, so we are happy to accept returns. We only issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

  • Returns are for store credit only. Online order refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. Please allow 5-7 business days, once we receive your return, for your store credit to be issued to you via email. 
  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery date. You are responsible for the shipping back to us. Please Ship to Shea Rock, 5292 Day Lily Drive, Lakeland, TN 38002, include your original packing slip so we know who to issue the credit to. 
  • Items must be unwashed and unworn and all original tags must be on the garment as it was shipped. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, smoke smells, dog/cat or any other pet hair, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
  • Shoe boxes must be encased in another box or bag for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, we will not accept a return. Scuffed bottom shoes will not be accepted for returns. 
  • We appreciate good hygiene around here so, we do not accept returns on any of the following : bralettes, bras, leggings, athletic wear, swimwear, undergarments, graphic tees, accessories, hats, or sleepwear. Additionally gift and jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange. These are final sale items. 
  • Final sale items and items discounted 30% or higher cannot be returned.
  • Damages must be reported via email, with photos sent, within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact us at Customerservice@shopshearock.com for assistance.
  • We do not process exchanges. Customers will be emailed a gift card equaled to the amount purchased.
